Friendly staff, especially Francesco, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, modern with a small balcony and the kitchen had all necessary amenities with free coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean but the shower cubicles were narrow. The location was excellent, very central near Via Maqueda, markets, restaurants, theatre and central station.
