We had three great days in Palermo and really liked our stay at this hotel. The room was ready when we arrived early, the staff like Rosa were super kind and gave us a free bottle of Prosecco, which felt amazing. The essentials like hot water, mini-fridge, comfy bed, and a good location for exploring were all there, so we’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo.
