The room was very clean, spacious, with a great whirlpool bath and coffee machine. Claudio the manager was kind, communicative, and responded promptly via WhatsApp. The location was perfect in the city center, just a few steps from Via Maqueda and 5 minutes to Opera with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The building was secure with a quiet lift to the fourth floor where the apartment had air-conditioning and a small balcony. Self check-in at 11 pm was available without any problems.
