Attentive and very helpful staff, especially during check-in despite initial confusion about the reception location. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with modern touches in a historic building, quiet and comfortable even though it was in the heart of Palermo. The suite had lots of towels and a wonderful shower. The hotel was located close to many top sites with numerous restaurants and bars on the same street.
