An exceptional host welcomed guests on arrival and each morning at breakfast, promptly addressing any queries. The location was ideal, just outside Porta Nuova near the Norman Castle and Cathedral, with public street parking nearby and reasonably priced private parking within walking distance. Accommodation standards were excellent throughout, featuring clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty and served in a pleasant patio room or on the terrace when weather permitted. The staff demonstrated kindness, experience, and helpfulness during the stay.
