Paolo was extremely kind and responsive, greeting with cold water, coffee, teas, snacks and helping with laundry and public transport, the room was spacious with a very clean bathroom that smelled impeccable. The location was superb, close to Palermo’s main attractions like the cathedral and Royal Palace, with a bus stop opposite and train station nearby.
