The location was excellent, within walking distance to all major city sites and shopping in Palermo. Santino and Antonella were very friendly and helpful, Santino welcomed with espresso, gave a personalized map of must-see spots, and Antonella provided great recommendations about what to see, where to eat, and tips for getting around. The room was spotless, cozy, nicely decorated with cool art, had all needed amenities including an espresso machine and milk frother for cappuccinos.
