Exceptional service was provided at the reception, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was ideal, situated less than a minute’s walk from Palermo’s historic center yet quiet enough for restful nights thanks to good double glazing. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and featured thoughtful extras like colored bathroom lights. A generous buffet breakfast was served each morning. Early morning taxi arrangements to the airport were handled smoothly by the host.
