Massimo was very quick with communication and provided a bottle of drinking water. The kitchen was well equipped with a pad coffee machine and coffee available. The apartment was clean, spacious, bright, with new furniture, air conditioning used for heating in winter, and had a charming balcony to enjoy Palermo street life. The shower and bathroom were newer and clean with essentials like towels, shower gel, and toilet paper provided. The location was central, very close to the historical centre, main points of interest, bus and train stations as well as Lidl, everything was about 5 minutes walking distance.
