The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a private bathroom that was cleaned daily, breakfast had a nice variety of sweets, cereals, coffee, juices, and milk. Giuseppe was extremely kind, friendly, very responsive to messages, helped with airport transfer and luggage storage options but respected our changed plans. The location was close to the city center and transport links without noise at night. The manager regularly checked if everything was okay and gave useful tips about events and places to visit in Palermo.
