We found Rabbad Apartments in a lively spot near the old town where locals hang out in the evenings. Getting in means climbing a few short flights of stairs, but the place is well-decorated and has everything we needed, plus the owners were really friendly and helpful. Palermo itself is chaotic with traffic and loud people, but once we got used to it, the city’s energy made our time there fun and relaxing.
