Riccardo and the team were really helpful and attentive with quick responses. Breakfast was great with made to order eggs, fresh fruit salad, and fresh cornetti. The building was a beautiful old palazzo with modern renovation, an elevator, and secure locked entry. The room was big, clean, comfortable with soft lighting and white airy drapes. Flexible check out time was available and early car pick up to the airport was organized. The location was near Teatro Massimo in the heart of Palermo close to many restaurants and within walking distance to everything in the old town.
