We loved how friendly and helpful the owners were, and the room was clean with a comfy bed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location in Palermo’s old town was spot on-quiet street but close to cute streets full of restaurants and bars. When our heater wasn’t working right, the owners had someone fix it within a couple of hours, which really showed they cared.
