We stayed four nights in the heart of Palermo at a spot that’s close to everything, and right from the start Giovanni was super warm and professional. He even helped arrange our airport taxi and picked us up, showing us around a bit on the way, including a charming fishermen’s town nearby, and the room was clean, had a balcony, and was just right. The next morning we met Loredana who runs the place with Giovanni, and her friendly, welcoming vibe made a big difference for us.
