Clean room with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking a leafy street was provided, breakfast was good but minimal, and the bathroom was outside the room and not very clean. Mario and Andrea were kind and helpful at reception, communication was excellent from the start, and Netflix was available on the TV. The building had beautiful palazzo style architecture in quiet surroundings just minutes from Palermo city center with bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets nearby.
