Great location, very quiet and clean with a comfortable bed and sofa, the kitchen had all necessary amenities and the AC worked well in hot weather. Giulia was a wonderful host who provided detailed explanations, quick responses to queries about buses and restaurants, helped with late arrivals, recommended free bus tours around Palermo, and was contactable throughout the stay. The apartment had two balconies overlooking backstreets and other apartments, stairs were steep but mentioned beforehand, WiFi worked okay, TV lacked streaming options but this was not an issue.
