Friendly owner Fabrizio was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, enabling early check-in and waiting for late arrivals. Breakfast was simple but satisfying with options chosen the evening before by Lori or Fabrizio. The room was comfortable, clean, with a private bathroom and air conditioning, some rooms had windows to an inner shaft. The location was good within 15-20 minutes walking distance to Teatro Massimo, Via Maqueda, English Garden, historical sites, and many restaurants nearby. Parking required payment of €1 per hour until 20:00 or finding free spots nearby. A laundry service was available.
