Exceptional communication with the owner was easy, quick, and effective while the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean with a large bed. The hot tub and covered private terrace were superb along with a balcony that felt very private. The suite had a separate room for the hot tub, sauna, and second bathroom while the bedroom also had a bathroom and terrace overlooking the courtyard. The staff was kind and accommodating to arrival and departure times. The location was perfect for exploring Palermo by foot.
