Eleonora was very nice and helpful, providing snacks, coffee, vegan options like cupcake and soy milk every morning. The room was spacious with a big bathroom, balcony, and cozy bed while the kitchen had everything needed including a fridge. The location was central in Palermo with easy access to buses 101 and 102 and about 15 minutes walking distance to the center.
