Friendly and helpful owner was available 24/7 and gave a larger room after three nights, the room had air conditioning, a separate bathroom, a balcony with an open view, and a small desk. Comfortable bed was in the room decorated with various artworks including photos of Pisa and collages of New York. Location was perfect for visiting the city with shops, bars, and cafes nearby.
