Donatella was a very helpful and hospitable host who met us on arrival and assisted with luggage storage and return. The apartment was spacious, elegant, clean, well decorated with many small details, had air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea, an elevator, a nice balcony with mountain views, and comfortable beds. The location was quiet yet central in La Kalsa district within walking distance to Palermo’s main attractions.
