The apartment was large with two bedrooms, a beautifully tiled kitchen full of light from large windows, and a balcony directly off the kitchen with sea views, the host was very helpful and gracious, and an airport shuttle was excellent. The location had a bus stop in front of the central station for city bus #24 that took 20 minutes to reach the apartment for €1.40 if tickets were bought beforehand, there was a small grocery store three blocks away, pastry shops nearby, and produce stands along the street. The historic district was reachable by a 20-minute walk or by taking bus #124.
