Antonio was very kind and helpful, assisting with airport transfer, giving city tips, responding quickly to requests, fixing the washing machine promptly, bringing clean linens halfway through the stay, and even giving a ride to the beach. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with two bedrooms, a nice roof terrace, fast WiFi, working air conditioning and heating units, a washer that did an excellent job, and wonderful beds. The location was perfect-close to the sea front and promenade as well as main streets in Palermo’s old town-with a bus stop just outside the door and within 10 minutes’ walk from the central area of activities.
