The hotel was located at the beginning of the pedestrianized Vittorio Emanuele street in Palermo with a prime location for exploring on foot and close to the ZTL boundary where parking was outside without daily fees. The room 311 was spacious, quiet, modern furnished with twin beds overlooking a courtyard and had plenty of USB ports, another room had a balcony. The breakfast was very extensive in a bright area with many offerings including healthy options. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly, and even walked guests to show the way to the elevator instead of just speaking behind the counter.
