Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sylvia at the front desk who assisted with credit card issues, made the stay pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed, though some furniture was a bit outdated and the sink had minor problems. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety served on the upper floor. The hotel had terraces and a rooftop bar for drinks in the early evening. It was located close to historic sites like Teatro Massimo, markets, buses, and many restaurants within walking distance in Palermo’s quiet area near the city center.
