The accommodation featured exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who provided useful information about the city and local attractions. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the center and suitable for events like the Palermo marathon. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with daily housekeeping. Luggage storage was available, adding convenience for guests. Breakfast options included a nearby Italian café offering small but lovely meals.
