We felt so lucky to meet Mari and Paolo in Sicily. They welcomed us warmly with fruit and coffee, helped with our heavy luggage without hesitation, and even checked in early to assist us. When we had car troubles later, they went out of their way to sort things out for us despite the language barrier, showing real kindness that went far beyond just hosting.
