The room was clean and practical with a small kitchen and coffee machine, and the central location let us explore Palermo easily by foot. It stayed quiet and safe at night, and Ciacci was a great host—he greeted us, let us leave our luggage after checkout, stayed quick to reply on WhatsApp, and even surprised us! The pizzeria he recommended ended up being the best.
