Helpful staff, especially Dario, assisted with accurate recommendations for places to visit and restaurants, the room was spacious and very clean with an excellent bed. The location was fantastic, close to Massimo Theater, the new center of Palermo packed with locals, markets, food spots and train station within 5-6 minutes on foot. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
