We stayed in a good apartment right in the lively old town. The host shared great tips on where to eat and what to see, and the place was comfortable enough. The third floor might be tough for older folks, but it felt authentic, and the street turns into a busy pedestrian spot with plenty of restaurants in the evening, plus the small balcony was just right for two to enjoy some wine. Parking was tricky, but we found a spot a short walk away with no problem.
